These are the terms that apply when you use faithandglory.com. We have written them to be read, not to hide things.

What we provide

Faith & Glory creates personalized digital memorial keepsakes: portraits, written pieces such as eulogies and obituaries, audio, video, and hosted memorial pages. Keepsakes are crafted with the help of artificial intelligence from the photos and details you provide, and delivered digitally to your email and your on-site library.

Your content

You must have the right to share the photos and information you upload. You keep ownership of everything you share. You give us permission to process it for one purpose: creating and delivering your keepsakes and memorial pages.

You own the keepsakes we deliver to you, and you may print and share them freely for personal, non-commercial use.

Previews and purchases

Previews are free and watermarked. Purchase unlocks the full keepsake. Because each keepsake is generated with care from real materials, a purchase may take a few minutes to finish crafting; it will arrive in your library and email.

Membership

The Faith & Glory membership begins with a free trial and then renews automatically at the stated price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your loved one's basic memorial page stays up even if you cancel.

Acceptable use

Memorial pages and keepsakes exist to honor real loved ones. Do not use them to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone, and do not upload unlawful content. Guestbook entries that dishonor the memorial may be removed by the family or by us.

Our liability

We will always do our best to make things right, including remakes and refunds as described in our refund policy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
