Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what information Faith & Glory collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to create your keepsakes, we treat your photos and memories as sacred, and we never sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
What you share in the builder. Photos of your loved one, names, dates, stories, and preferences. We need these to create the keepsake you asked for.
Your email address. Used to save your work, deliver your keepsakes, and send the emails you would expect (your preview, your receipt, your order). Members also receive the remembrance and devotional emails they signed up for.
Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers.
How your photos and stories are used
To create your keepsakes, the photos and details you share are processed by the trusted artificial-intelligence services we work with (for example, the service that paints the portrait or the one that narrates a life story). They process your material to produce your keepsake and are not permitted to use it to advertise to you.
Your keepsakes and photos are stored securely so they remain available in your library. Memorial pages are visible to others only according to the privacy setting you choose: public, link-only, or private.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information. We never use your loved one's photos for advertising. We never post anything publicly that you did not choose to make public.
Deleting your information
You may ask us to delete your account, your photos, your keepsakes, or a memorial page at any time by writing to sales@faithandglory.com. We will confirm when it is done.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that make the site work: one that keeps your draft safe while you build, and one that keeps you signed in to your library. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
