Our Promise & Refund Policy

You are trusting us with something precious on one of the hardest weeks of your life. This policy is deliberately simple.

First, we remake it free

If a keepsake does not feel right, we will remake it at no charge, as many times as it takes. Every keepsake in your library can be refined, and if you want a change you do not see a button for, just email us and we will handle it personally.

If it still is not right, we refund you

If within 30 days of purchase you are not satisfied, write to sales@faithandglory.com and we will refund your purchase in full. No forms, no interrogation. Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Membership

The membership starts with a free trial, and we send a reminder before the first charge. You can cancel anytime from your account page. If you forget and are charged when you meant to cancel, email us within 14 days and we will refund that charge.

The one thing a refund never touches: your loved one's basic memorial page. It stays.
